Di Pacci NZ — Slayer

Slayer Steam LP Coffee Machine

A dream come true for baristas who want incredible control through pressure profiling and true shot-to-shot repeatability — the Slayer Steam LP works in both manual and volumetric modes, available in 2-group or 3-group.

Slayer Steam LP gives baristas access to easy manual pressure profiling and excellent espresso extraction. Volumetric outputs can be "recorded" as you dial in a recipe, then "played back" using the paddle actuator for the same consistent shot all day. With programmable pre-infusion, post-infusion and volumetric output settings, it's built for advanced brewing techniques and genuine repeatability.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between manual and volumetric mode?

Manual mode gives you hands-on pressure profiling control; volumetric mode lets you "record" a dialled-in recipe and "play it back" for consistent results all day. The Steam LP works in both.

What colours are available?

Chrome, Turquoise, Glossy White, Bone Beige, and Matte Black, with optional sapele wood actuator handles and a polished chrome frame. Chrome carries a price premium over the other finishes.

Should I choose 2 or 3 groups?

It depends on your volume — more groups mean more simultaneous brewing capacity for busier sites. Contact our team and we'll help you match a configuration to your café.

Do I need professional installation?

As a commercial machine, we recommend installation and servicing by a qualified technician. Contact our team to discuss what's involved for your site.

What warranty applies?
