Victoria Arduino Coffee Grinders

Mythos Series — World Barista Championship Standard — Made in Italy

Victoria Arduino is the legendary Italian manufacturer behind the Mythos grinder series — the global benchmark for specialty coffee grinding and the grinder chosen by more World Barista Champions than any other. Built in Bellusco, Italy with 75mm titanium-coated flat burrs, Clima Pro temperature control, gravimetric dosing, and zero-retention design, every Mythos grinder represents the absolute pinnacle of commercial espresso grinding technology.

Di Pacci stocks the complete Victoria Arduino Mythos range for New Zealand — the Mythos One (timed dosing, proven reliability), the Mythos 2 (gravimetric precision with intuitive touchscreen), and the Mythos MY75 (premium build with advanced dosing algorithms). All models feature 75mm flat burrs, stepless micrometric adjustment, and Clima Pro active cooling for absolute grind consistency even under high-volume café conditions. New and pre-owned units available.
