Home Coffee Roasters & Commercial Roasting Equipment — Small Batch, Sample & Production Roasters — New Zealand

Roast fresh coffee at home or start your roastery. Di Pacci stocks coffee roasting equipment for home enthusiasts exploring the craft of roasting, small-batch micro-roasters launching their business, and established roasteries expanding production capacity. Whether you're roasting your first 100g sample batch to experiment with profiles, or scaling up to multi-kilo production roasters for commercial supply, our range covers every stage of the roasting journey — from entry-level electric drum roasters to professional gas-fired systems with advanced profiling and automation.

Our collection includes home coffee roasters designed for small-batch roasting (50g-500g) in residential settings, offering electric heating, simple controls, and the ability to develop custom roast profiles without commercial ventilation requirements; sample roasters for professional cupping, quality control, and small-lot testing in roasteries and cafes; and commercial production roasters ranging from 1kg to 15kg+ batch capacity, featuring gas burners, programmable profiles, automated controls, chaff collection, and robust construction for high-volume roasting. Brands include Behmor, Gene Cafe, Hottop, Ikawa, Aillio Bullet, Giesen, Probat, and more — covering manual, semi-automated, and fully automated roasting systems. All equipment is backed by Di Pacci's expert guidance on roast profiling, green bean sourcing, and technical support.
