Flair 58+ Espresso Maker

Only the preheat controller uses power, to warm the brew head. As a manual lever machine the 58+ needs no pump or electronics to pull a shot, and the detachable controller means you can preheat then brew off-grid.

Both are 58mm lever machines. The 58+ has a detachable preheat controller and walnut accents; the newer 58 Plus 2 integrates the preheat controller into the base with a smaller power supply and streamlined wiring. If in doubt, contact our team to compare.

It warms the brew head to one of three levels — low, medium or high — matched to dark, medium and light roasts, for more consistent, repeatable extraction temperatures.

A standard dose is 16–20 g (expandable with different baskets), with a 90 ml water reservoir and a yield of up to 55 ml. It ships with high- and low-flow baskets for flexibility.

Yes — like any espresso maker, the 58+ needs freshly ground coffee at an espresso grind. Pair it with a quality hand or electric grinder capable of fine, consistent espresso grinding.
