The Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima Pro makes competition-style espresso and pressure-free Pure Brew filter coffee from the same compact single group.
The Victoria Arduino Eagle One Prima Pro is a plumbed-in single-group machine built around T3 Genius temperature control, which manages the coffee boiler, steam boiler and group separately. Its party trick is Pure Brew: a patented double-mesh filter basket lets the group brew filter-style coffee without espresso pressure, so one machine covers both menus. Steam comes through Victoria Arduino's Advanced Steam-by-Wire system at 2.1 bar.
Compared with the standard E1 Prima, the Pro adds T3, Pure Brew, PB Tech pulse brewing for espresso (adjustable pre-infusion, infusion and post-infusion), split steam control for different jug sizes, a Virtual Intelligent Scale dose estimate and an auto-purging group, all adjustable from the app. It's 410 mm wide and 38 kg, so it suits a high-end kitchen, office or a cafe that wants a compact second station.

How Pure Brew Puts Filter Coffee on an Espresso Machine
Normally an espresso group can only make espresso: it pushes water through a fine puck at around 9 bar. Pure Brew changes the basket and the water delivery so the same group can brew a filter-strength cup.
- Fit the Pure Brew portafilter with its patented conical double-mesh filter and dose a coarser, filter-style grind.
- Select Pure Brew on the machine or app: water flows through the coffee without espresso pump pressure.
- Switch back to the espresso portafilter and PB Tech profile when the next order is a flat white.
You get a clean, juicy filter coffee and a properly extracted espresso from one compact machine, with no batch brewer or pour-over station taking up bench space.
