Getting the best out of it

Use the underside toggle to match one of the three preset boiler temperatures to your roast — lighter roasts generally benefit from a higher setting, darker roasts a lower one. Water quality is just as important on a compact machine as a large commercial one, so fit appropriate filtration to protect the boiler.
