My 12yo ECM finally died. Getting used to next gen machine.

After 3 years of daily use this quality machine has not disappointed. I use Allpress beans and Niche Zero with the machine also purchased at Dipacci. Perfect combination.
No technical issue or any problem just a reliable work horse. I use distilled water with the machine to avoid having to decalcify the machine (puly italia). As this is a single boiler machine best for espresso and the occasional cappuccino. Highly recommended equipment.

I love this machine. Took me a little while to master all the settings, but now I get perfect coffee all the time.

Enjoying the new machine after the failure of the old one! Spending a little more on the PID was well worth it.

the order was fullfilled 14 days ago but only arrived 7 days ago - survey? TNT delivery status updates bordered on useless, infrequent and without useful info. you cannot review an item after 7 days - 3-6 months yes. It is a beautiful machine, the right hand panel is slightly warped (concave). I did my research thoroughly so for espresso only drinkers this should be a good machine - come back in a few month’s time. It would have been nice if the machine came with a bottomless portafilter. The heat-up time is very good. German engineering and Italian build - tick (not Chinese). ECM and Profitec are sister companies ECM has a better finish.
