Quamar Q13 Touch Plus — Grinder Wear Counter, 8 Colours

A redesign of the earlier M80/E, replacing the front coffee funnel with a colour touchscreen display — the same interface style seen on Quamar's premium Sirio-Q grinder, now on a more compact platform.

The Touch Plus menu covers a "counters" area displaying single, double, and manual doses dispensed, giving a running picture of grinder usage. A grinder wear counter has been built into the technical settings, alerting baristas when it's time to replace the burrs — the wear value can be adjusted manually via the numeric keypad, so the counter reflects your actual usage pattern rather than a generic default that may not suit your particular volume or bean rotation.

The Q13/TP ships with a short fork, and its rapid grinding lets you avoid detaching the handle from the filter holder for quick, consistent results. The fork's non-slip rubberised end can also be extended, letting the holder be sustained without the operator's assistance — useful during a busy rush when hands are needed elsewhere, and a small detail that adds up across a long shift.
