An automatic tamper built to remove one of the biggest sources of shot-to-shot inconsistency — uneven manual tamping — with a fast, repeatable cycle at a precise, adjustable pressure.

Every barista tamps slightly differently, and even the same barista's pressure drifts across a long shift. The Pro Gen 6 takes that variable out of the equation by applying the same flat-bottom pressure every time, in a 1.3-second cycle, so extraction consistency depends on your dose and grind rather than how tired your arm is by 2pm. Pressure is adjustable from 1 to 30kg via the LCD display, and a one-touch cleaning setting makes daily upkeep straightforward.
