The Moccamaster Classic is the machine that turned batch-brew filter coffee into a craft. What sets the Classic apart is its obsessive attention to the two things that actually make filter coffee taste good: water temperature and even saturation. A copper heating element holds the brew water in the ideal 92–96°C window, while the nine-hole spray arm showers the grounds evenly so every particle extracts fully.
