Brewing note: for espresso, try an 18–20g dose for a 36–40g yield (roughly 1:2) over 25–32 seconds on a fine grind. For an automatic bean-to-cup machine, start at your machine's default grind and dose, then coarsen if extraction runs slow. For filter, around 60g per litre of water works as a baseline; for plunger, around 70g per litre with a coarser grind. All are starting points — adjust to your own equipment and taste.

Getting the best out of it

Signature's balanced body suits automatic bean-to-cup machines particularly well, so it's a good option if you don't want to fuss over dialling in every cup — start at your machine's default settings and adjust from there. A quality coffee grinder still makes a difference for espresso and filter brewing, and it runs well on any of our home coffee machines. If you're comparing it against our other blends, the sample pack is a good place to start.

Signature tends to appeal to drinkers who've tried our lighter or darker blends and want something that sits comfortably in the middle — sweet and full-bodied without the sharper acidity of a light roast or the intensity of Arabian or After Dark. Ive tried alot of coffees and its really hard to find coffee i like as i have extremely high standards.

That is a really big deal to me as i never buy again that easily or quickly.
