Di Pacci — 2 Group Volumetric Commercial Espresso Machine

Carimali Glow 2 Group Coffee Machine

The Carimali Glow is a compact Italian 2 group with programmable doses and pre-infusion, priced for cafes opening their first bar.

The Carimali Glow is a 2 group commercial espresso machine with an 11 L boiler, programmable volumetric dosing, a pre-infusion system, two steam wands and a dedicated hot water spout. It's controlled with simple push buttons and LED indicators.

The body is stainless steel and aluminium, 730 mm wide and 58 kg, so it fits a standard cafe bench without dominating it. It draws 3900 W, which puts it on a dedicated circuit rather than a standard outlet. It's a good fit for a new cafe, a restaurant or a busy office that wants Italian engineering without paying for features it won't use.

Carimali Glow vs XLVI Steamhammer 2 Group

Two compact 2 group machines of similar width for cafes on a budget.

Dosing Programmable volumetric 6 doses per group
Power 3900 W 20 A

Di Pacci recommendation: The Glow is the simpler, larger-boiler option for a new cafe. Choose the XLVI Steamhammer if you want PID, an LCD and extra-long lever steam wands. Don't bother with either if you only have a 10 amp outlet; look at the Expobar Ruggero Classic Compact.
