Di Pacci — Heat-Exchanger Rotary Pump Espresso Machine, Tank or Plumbed

Brugnetti Giulietta Coffee Machine

The Brugnetti Giulietta is an Italian single-group machine with a 3 litre boiler and rotary pump that runs from its tank or the mains, sized for a busy kitchen bench.

The Brugnetti Giulietta has a 3 litre boiler heated by a 2,000 W element with an adjustable automatic pressure switch, and a rotary (volumetric) pump. It's ready for connection to the water mains, or it can run from its 2.8 litre tank, with electronic level control and an alarm for both the boiler and the tank.

Insulated steam and hot water pipes keep the wands cooler, a double manometer shows boiler and pump pressure, and an LED light on the rear panel finishes the look. At 37 cm wide and 29 kg it's a solid, compact machine for households and small offices that make milk drinks every day.

Giulietta vs Orchestrale Nota Evolution

Two compact rotary-pump single groups at a similar size.

Feature Brugnetti Giulietta Orchestrale Nota Evolution
Boiler 3 L 3 L heat exchanger
Element / power 2,000 W 1,500 W
Pump Rotary, tank or mains Rotary, tank or mains
Width 37 cm 37 cm

Di Pacci recommendation: Both suit a milk-drink household with the option to plumb in. Choose the Nota Evolution if you use takeaway cups; choose the Giulietta for its larger element and level alarm. Don't bother with either if you want PID temperature control; look at the ECM Technika V Profi PID.
