BFC Aviator 2-3 Group Coffee Machine

The BFC Aviator is the Italian maker's top-of-range commercial machine, built to look striking on the bar and run through a busy service.

The BFC Aviator is a commercial espresso machine with a copper, insulated boiler (14 L on the 2 group, 21 L on the 3 group), thermocompensated groups on a thermosiphon circuit and a colour touch-screen for programming doses and settings. We stock it as a 2 group in black and a 3 group in white.

It's a heat-exchanger design, so brewing and steaming run at once from one big boiler, with BFC's competition-style shower screens, anti-scald steam wands, raised grates for tall cups and LED lighting along the sides and under the groups. BFC also builds the Aviator in a T.C.I. version with an independent boiler per group; ask us if you want that configuration.

The Aviator uses one large copper boiler with a thermosiphon circuit running to each group.
