The Bezzera Matrix is the flagship of Bezzera's domestic range — a serious dual-boiler machine for home baristas who want full, independent control of brew and steam, from an Italian manufacturer with roots back to 1901.

The Matrix pairs a dedicated brew boiler and steam boiler, each with its own digital PID, so you can set espresso and steam temperatures separately and precisely. It's available in two configurations: the Matrix MN with a manual lever and quick-touch levers, or the Matrix DE with an electronic display and volumetric dosing.
