Wendougee Ares Commercial Coffee Grinder

The Wendougee Ares is built for those who refuse to compromise. Engineered for high-volume cafés and serious home setups alike, this commercial grinder combines precision dosing, intelligent controls, and whisper-quiet power into one exceptional machine. Whether you're pulling espresso or dialling in a filter brew, the Ares delivers — every single time.

At its core, dual 90mm titanium-plated flat burrs cut through coffee with speed and uniformity that lesser grinders simply can't match. Paired with a brushless motor adjustable from 200 to 1,000 RPM, the Ares gives you complete control over grind speed and consistency — all at remarkably low noise levels. At peak output, it delivers 48g per second, keeping pace with even the busiest service.

Workflow is effortless. Hands-free operation and an anti-vibration stable placement design mean less interruption and more focus on the cup. The precision weighing sensor doses by weight automatically, eliminating guesswork, reducing waste, and ensuring every extraction is exactly as intended.

Control everything from the vivid 5-inch IoT-enabled touchscreen — a responsive, intuitive interface that puts real-time diagnostics, grind calibration, and live updates at your fingertips. Nine programmable cup presets let you lock in your recipes and replicate them perfectly, shift after shift. And with native smart connectivity to Wendougee espresso machines, the Ares integrates seamlessly into a unified, intelligent workflow.

The 1,500g high-capacity hopper keeps you stocked through your busiest rushes, while electric grind size adjustment means zero downtime when switching between brew methods.
