Di Pacci NZ — Commercial

Wega Io Commercial Coffee Machine

A genuinely well-detailed commercial espresso machine — the Wega Io is available as a 1-group (vibrating or rotary pump) or a 2-group, all built around Wega's standard thermosiphon group and finished in stainless steel.

Every version offers four programmable doses per unit, a hot water dispenser with manual coffee-dispensing buttons, automatic fill level, and work-area LED downlighters as standard. A fold-up/down solid stainless cup tray lets you raise clearance from 82 mm to the full 122 mm groups whenever you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Rotary or vibrating pump — which should I choose?

The rotary pump connects directly to your mains water supply for continuous operation. The vibrating pump uses an internal tank, so it doesn't need a mains connection — a better fit if plumbing is limited. Contact our team and we'll help you decide.

What's the difference between 1-group and 2-group?

The 2-group has twin steam arms, a 10.5 L boiler, runs on a 20 A supply, and includes an energy-saving standby system for the boilers. The 1-group versions are more compact and run on a 15 A supply, suiting smaller sites.

Can I adjust the group clearance?

Yes. A fold-up/down solid stainless steel cup tray lets you bring the 122 mm raised groups down to 82 mm clearance at any time, to suit different cup sizes.

Do I need professional installation?

As a commercial machine, we recommend installation and servicing by a qualified technician. Contact our team to discuss what's involved for your site.

What warranty applies?

Coverage is set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy, covering non-consumable parts, alongside your rights under New Zealand Consumer Law. Please check the policy page or contact our team for the terms that apply.
