Di Pacci NZ — Slayer

Slayer Espresso Machine

Slayer's flagship — uncompromisingly manual and completely focused on extraction. The Slayer Espresso is the only espresso machine that lets you precisely and consistently control the flow rate of water, letting you grind finer and develop genuinely distinctive flavour profiles. Available in 1, 2 or 3 group.

Flow rate control comes via patented needle-valve technology, giving baristas extraction that's unlike any other machine. An independent brew boiler per group delivers impeccable temperature stability, while a dedicated boiler provides effectively unlimited steam capacity.

Built for flavour control

Patented flow rate control

The needle valve lets you restrict and adjust water flow rate precisely, so you can grind finer and shape a flavour profile few machines can match.

Unrivalled temperature stability

A dedicated pre-heat boiler distributes hot water to individual group boilers and the steam boiler, for stability at the group and near-infinite steam capacity.

3-position flavour profiling

Manual extraction with a pre-brew wetting stage and a 3-position actuator for genuine flavour profiling control.

Handcrafted & customisable

Choose your wood type, panel colour, metal finishes and cup rails — built with both form and function in mind.

Key features

Electronic group valves

Independent brew tanks per group, with modular pre-brew timers and digital temperature control.

European Ash wood

Wood handles and actuators for a genuinely handcrafted finish.

Shot mirror & blended hot water valve

Keep an eye on the perfect extraction, with a versatile power supply and blended hot water valve.

Commercial-grade group

The grouphead is rated at 1 million cycles — professional-grade, low-profile and ergonomic to work on.

1-Group only: the glass touchscreen display is available on the 1-Group configuration only — it isn't included on the 2-Group or 3-Group machines.

Frequently asked questions

What is the needle valve?

A patented needle valve lets you restrict and precisely adjust water flow rate, so you can grind finer and shape a flavour profile that few other machines allow.

Does every configuration have a touchscreen?

No — the glass touchscreen display is available on the 1-Group configuration only. The 2-Group and 3-Group machines don't include it.

Should I choose 1, 2 or 3 groups?

It depends on your volume — more groups mean more simultaneous brewing capacity for busier sites. Contact our team and we'll help you match a configuration to your café.

Do I need professional installation?

As a commercial machine, we recommend installation and servicing by a qualified technician, and the larger models require the appropriate power supply. Contact our team to discuss what's involved for your site.

What warranty applies?

Coverage is set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy, alongside your rights under New Zealand Consumer Law. Please check the policy page or contact our team for the terms that apply.
