Second Hand Rocket Giotto E61 Heat Exchanger Coffee Machine

A pre-loved Rocket Espresso Giotto E61, a heat exchanger espresso machine popular with serious home baristas. A single 1.8 L copper boiler runs at steam pressure, while a copper tube inside the boiler heats fresh brew water on demand, so you can brew espresso and steam milk at the same time.

The E61 group head provides excellent thermal stability by continuously circulating hot water through the group, and gives automatic pre-infusion for a more even extraction.
