Rocket R NINE ONE Pressure Profiling Coffee Machine

The top of the Rocket range — and one of the most capable machines you can put on a bench. The R NINE ONE brings Rocket's commercial engineering to a compact, dual-boiler machine with full pressure profiling, a fully saturated group and PID control on both boilers, built for small commercial sites and serious home baristas alike.

Its pressure profiling system lets you shape the shot exactly how you want: choose from five programmable pressure profiles plus a semiautomatic profile you control live with the Rocket paddle, and store two volumetric portions to pair with your recipes. Underneath sits a dual-boiler system (a 1.9 litre brew boiler with saturated group and a 3.6 litre service boiler) with a quiet, precise electromagnetic geared pump and a graphic colour touchscreen. It can run from the tank or be plumbed in. Handmade in Italy in all-stainless AISI 316L construction.
