Description

Handmade in Italy · Rocket Espresso, Milan

Commercial saturated groups and heat-exchanger power

The Rocket Espresso RE A is a traditional commercial espresso machine, handmade in Milan. It pairs a large copper heat-exchanger boiler with heavy brass commercial group heads and volumetric dosing, built for the consistency and workflow of a busy cafe.

The commercial group heads carry significant thermal mass for excellent temperature stability, and a quiet rotary pump with PID and a pressure transducer keeps extraction steady. Available in 2 group and 3 group.

Heavy brass commercial groups

Large brass commercial group heads carry high thermal inertia for excellent shot-to-shot temperature stability.

Heat-exchanger boiler

A 14.5L copper heat-exchanger boiler (2 group) lets you brew and steam at the same time through a busy service.

PID and rotary pump

A quiet rotary pump with PID and a pressure transducer keeps pressure and temperature consistent.

Volumetric dosing

Programmable volumetric dosing per group for fast, repeatable espresso.

Corrected spec: The RE A uses heavy brass commercial (saturated-style) group heads, not an E61 group. Earlier copy listing an E61 group was incorrect.
