Second Hand Wega Pegaso 3 Group Tall Cup Coffee Machine

A Wega Pegaso 3 Group tall cup machine, made in Italy and ready for daily café service. The Pegaso is a heat-exchange machine with a large copper boiler (around 17 litres) and thermosyphon circulation, so you can brew and steam at the same time through a busy rush. A rotary pump feeds it from a plumbed, pressurised water supply, and the raised tall group heads clear larger takeaway cups.
