New / Demo Beautiful Dosserless Italian Carimali Grinder

Carimali is an Italian coffee equipment maker, and this unit has a dosserless design so ground coffee goes straight into the portafilter rather than a doser. It has a listed weight of 20kg and was used as a demonstration unit before being offered for sale.

Why consider this grinder

A dosserless design keeps the grind fresh and reduces mess at the bench, and buying an ex-demo unit can cost less than a boxed-new grinder of the same type.

What to check before buying this demo unit

This Carimali grinder has been used as a demonstration unit, so burrs and other parts may show some use. Ask us for current photos, ask what work has been done on it, and ask about the condition of the burrs before you order.

Think about how you will get it onto your bench, and confirm the dimensions and weight with us if you need to plan access.

Getting the best from your grinder

A grinder is only as good as the way you use it. With the Carimali grinder, keep the burrs and chute clean, use fresh beans, and adjust the grind a little at a time. Weigh your dose and your output so that you can see what each change does, and write down the setting that works for each coffee.

If you are matching it with a machine, our team can help you pair it with something suited to your volume. Call us and tell us how many coffees you make in a day.

Who it suits

• Cafes wanting a dosserless grinder for less than new
• Home baristas who want an Italian-made grinder
• Buyers comfortable with an ex-demo unit
• Anyone wanting to confirm specifics by phone first
