The Kalea ES FM is the high-volume fresh-milk model built around the Z4000 brewer with dual hoppers and independent grinders. The Kalea Plus is the higher-specification model with features such as a rotary pump, twin boilers and a larger espresso brewer for maximum capacity and flexibility. Choose ES FM for strong throughput and value; choose Plus for the highest capacity and feature set. We can talk you through both.

Yes — the "FM" stands for fresh milk. It uses a professional gear-pump milk system (not a budget peristaltic one) to produce properly textured microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites, with automatic non-interfering cleaning of the milk circuit between drinks to maintain hygiene.

Yes — the Kalea ES FM has dual bean hoppers with independent grinders, so you can run two different coffees (for example an espresso blend and a single-origin, or regular and decaf) simultaneously on demand, with no bean switching required.

Yes — it's one-touch operation, so any staff member can produce consistent drinks with no barista training. Day-to-day maintenance is minimal: keep beans, water and powder topped up, while the automatic milk-system cleaning handles hygiene. We provide full training during installation.

Free installation within the Sydney metro area covers positioning, water and electrical connection, menu programming and staff training. Regional and interstate installation can be arranged for a fee.
