Flow-heating technology

This unit runs on a standard single-phase 230V power point — no special wiring is needed, just a nearby outlet and enough bench clearance for the pitcher and steam arm to move freely.

Getting the best out of it

Set the temperature to match the drink — most milk-based coffee sits comfortably in the 55–65°C range, while hot chocolate or chai often benefits from the higher end of the scale. Filtered water helps protect the internal components over time. Pair it with one of our home coffee machines for a complete setup, and our coffee beans range rounds things out.

Because the infrared sensor reads temperature directly rather than relying on a fixed timer, results stay consistent even as ambient kitchen temperature or starting milk temperature varies between batches — a genuine advantage over manually judging steam time by feel. If you're steaming a mix of dairy and plant-based milks through the day, rinse the wand and pitcher between switches to avoid any flavour carryover.
