Leva is a genuine café centrepiece, focused not just on physical beauty but on the satisfaction found only in a truly mechanical system. Baristas can intervene in pre-infusion pressure, shot volume and extraction pressure on each group independently, while an innovative PID temperature control greatly improves the temperature stability of a traditional lever machine.
