Dual boiler + PID

Separate brew (800 ml) and steam (1.5 litre) boilers with PID let you brew and steam at once, with precise temperature set electronically.

L58E brass group

An E61-family 58 mm brass group adapted for flow control, with a manometer up top and a movable tank to fit your bench.

The Varia VS6 grinder

Interchangeable burrs

Ships with a 58 mm flat burr set (high-nitrogen 420 stainless); a 63 mm conical burr set can be swapped in to change your grind character.

Variable speed & stepless
