Widely regarded as one of the best-value Italian-made espresso machines, the Anita comes with factory-installed PID. The dual-mode PID lets you fine-tune both brew and steam temperature to suit your beans and get properly textured milk, while a built-in brew pressure gauge, a true 9 bar over-pressure valve and durable metal toggle switches make it easy to pull a balanced shot — and easy to backflush and clean.
