Description

Made in Italy · La Marzocco, Florence

A custom-finished GS3 AV for home or cafe

The La Marzocco GS3 AV brings true commercial technology to a single-group footprint: a dual-boiler system with digital PID, a saturated group head and auto-volumetric dosing. This is a custom-finished 2020 build with a bespoke paint treatment and timber kit, set up as a genuine showpiece.

Independent coffee and steam boilers give rock-solid temperature stability, while the saturated group keeps the brew temperature locked in shot after shot. Run it from the 3.5L reservoir or plumb it straight to the mains.

Dual-boiler stability

A 1.5L coffee boiler and a 3.5L steam boiler run independently, so brew temperature and steam power stay rock steady, even back to back.

Saturated group with PID

The saturated group head is machined into the coffee boiler and held by digital PID, for exceptional shot-to-shot temperature stability.

Auto-volumetric dosing

The AV model adds programmable volumetric doses and pre-brewing, so you can set and repeat your shots precisely.

Rotary pump, tank or plumbed

A quiet rotary pump runs from the 3.5L reservoir or a mains connection, so it suits a serious home or a cafe.

About this unit: This is a custom-finished 2020 GS3 AV with a bespoke paint job and timber kit. The customisation work takes around three months. Free Sydney metro delivery, with professional installation available.
