Fracino Contempo Dual Fuel 1 Group Coffee Machine

The Fracino Contempo Dual Fuel 1 Group heats its boiler with LPG, electricity or both, so a coffee cart or remote site can run a proper commercial machine without a big power supply.

The Fracino Contempo Dual Fuel has a 7 litre copper boiler and one group with four programmable volumetric doses. Its LPG burner has electronic ignition, a flame-failure device and a gas pressure valve with low-flame adjustment, and you can choose to heat the boiler with gas, electricity or both together.

On gas, with the element isolated, it needs only around 350 W of electricity for the pump and controls, which a generator or inverter can supply. The high group fits takeaway and latte cups, and a flip-down espresso tray suits small cups. Fracino rates the automatic version at up to around 200 cups an hour.
