The All Ground's core idea is simplicity without sacrificing range. A revolving ring nut gives continuous micrometric adjustment across three grinding classes, so switching between espresso, moka pot, and filter coffee is a single dial movement rather than a full recalibration. An adjustable fork with support handles dosing into the portafilter or cup, and dose is set in seconds via the grinder's timer.

Fiorenzato designs and produces the All Ground's burrs in-house — 64mm flat with a titanium coating, engineered to hold performance across every granulometry the three grinding classes call for. The burrs are rated for up to 1,400kg of coffee before replacement is needed, a genuinely long service life for a home-scale unit.
