The Barista Minore pairs a digital PID for precise brew temperature control with a genuine E61 group head, and it's available in two configurations — a vibration pump model running from the water tank, or a rotary pump model that can either use the tank or be plumbed into your own water supply. Because each unit is custom made to order, you're not limited to a stock colour or finish.
