Getting the best out of it

Take advantage of the stepless micrometric adjustment to fine-tune your dial-in with genuine precision, since that control is genuinely one of the Major V's standout advantages for demanding commercial use throughout the day. Given its genuinely lightly used, as-new condition, expect this unit to perform close to new-machine standards once installed.

Why flagship-tier grinders genuinely justify the investment

A flagship commercial grinder like the Major V genuinely differs from entry-level equipment in ways that show up directly in the cup and in daily operations — larger, more precisely engineered burrs hold their edge longer and grind more consistently, while a commercial-grade motor handles sustained high-volume demand without the strain a lighter-duty motor would face. A busy café genuinely puts equipment through demand that lighter-duty grinders simply weren't built for over the long term, and flagship equipment like the Major V is genuinely engineered with that sustained use in mind, holding its performance over years of daily service rather than months. Buying that flagship performance as a genuinely lightly used ex-demo unit means access to Mazzer's proven engineering at a meaningful saving off new pricing, without compromising on the long-term reliability that justified the investment in the first place.
