Getting the best out of it

Take advantage of the E61 group head's genuine thermal stability by allowing a proper warm-up period before pulling your first shot, since that pre-heating is genuinely part of what makes this platform so consistent. Given its genuinely minimal display-only use, expect this Giulia to perform close to new-machine standards once installed.

Why display-only use genuinely differs from real commercial wear

A machine used purely to demonstrate features or pull the occasional sample shot genuinely sees a fraction of the strain that continuous daily café service produces. That intermittent pattern genuinely means the boiler, pump, and group head on this Giulia carry meaningfully less cumulative wear than equipment of comparable age that's actually been pulling hundreds of shots a day in a working venue, which is exactly why a machine like this can genuinely be described as as-new despite technically being pre-owned stock.
