The Single Dose Pro is built specifically around that idea: a redesigned zero-retention grinding chamber, a 65 mm upper burr with a blind (screw-hole-free) design to stop grounds building up in the usual crevices, and a 15° inclined chamber paired with Eureka's Blow Up anti-retention system. Together they're aimed at a genuinely clean handoff between beans and basket, whether you're pulling espresso or prepping for pour-over.

The 65 mm Diamond Inside flat burrs are cryogenically treated, a hardening process aimed at improving edge retention and longevity over standard steel. A 320 W motor spins them at 1,650 RPM. Optional accessory burr sets are available for those wanting to tune specifically for light-to-medium roasts, espresso clarity, or a traditional medium-to-dark espresso profile — though those are separate purchases, not included.
