The Eureka Mignon Single Dose Pro is the flagship of Eureka's Oro range — a grinder engineered for home baristas who refuse to compromise. Built and designed in Florence, Italy, it brings professional-grade precision to the countertop in a compact, elegant package trimmed with oak wood accents and stainless steel.

Ground for Freshness

At its core, the Single Dose Pro is built around the philosophy of single dosing — grinding only what you need, when you need it. Near-zero retention means what goes in comes out: load 16.2g of beans and you grind 16.2g of coffee, preserving every note of flavour and aroma without the stale residue of yesterday's dose.

Engineering That Sets It Apart

The Pro's most significant upgrade is its redesigned ZERO Retention Grinding Chamber, combined with a new 65mm upper blind burr — a burr with no screw holes to prevent grounds build-up — delivering a noticeably cleaner and more consistent grind path. Paired with the 15° inclined chamber and Eureka's Blow Up anti-retention system, it achieves fluffy, consistent grounds with virtually no waste, whether you're dialling in an espresso or prepping beans for pour-over.

The Burrs Behind the Cup

The 65mm Diamond Inside flat burrs, treated with a patented cryogenic process for improved durability and longevity, are driven by a 4-amp motor spinning at 1,650 RPM — delivering speed and consistency in equal measure. Optional Black Diamond accessory burrs are available in three variants: All Purpose Black for light-to-medium roasts across espresso and pour-over; Espresso Specialty Black for maximum extraction clarity in specialty coffees; and Italian Espresso Taste Black, designed for the soul of a traditional medium-to-dark espresso.

Dialling In, Simplified

The king-size grind adjustment knob — larger and easier to turn than its predecessor — includes a rotation counter, making it dramatically easier to switch between fine espresso and coarse filter settings with precision and repeatability.

Eureka's Silent Technology keeps operation hushed enough for a home or café environment, while the ACE (Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity) system ensures grounds come out pillowy and clump-free. The included stainless steel dosing cup fits a standard 58mm portafilter for a clean, fuss-free workflow.
