Olive Wood Portafilter Set

ECM Olive Wood Handle Set — Flick Knobs — Lever-Style Olive Wood Finish

An olive wood dress-up set for your ECM with lever-style handles — a two-spout stainless portafilter with an olive wood handle, a 14g basket, and a chrome group lever finished with olive wood lever handles.

This set gives your ECM a warm olive wood finish using lever-style (flick) handles rather than round twist knobs. It's a coordinated upgrade — a two-spout portafilter, a basket, a group lever and matching lever handles — that dresses the machine while staying fully functional.

As with all olive wood, each piece carries its own natural grain, so the set gives your machine a distinctive, premium look.

The choice between this flick-handle set and the twist-knob version comes down to feel and looks: lever-style handles give a slightly different action on the steam and water taps and a more contemporary profile, while the set here focuses on a two-spout portafilter for double serving. Either way you are replacing standard black fittings with warm, individually grained wood that lifts the whole machine.

Getting the best out of it

Care for the olive wood by wiping it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and letting it dry — avoid soaking or dishwashers, and use an occasional food-safe oil to keep the grain looking its best.

The set is functional as well as decorative — use the 14g basket for doubles, paired with fresh coffee beans and a machine from our home coffee machines range.

Fitting is a straightforward swap on a compatible ECM — change the handles and lever with the machine cool, and avoid over-tightening the wood. With a little care the olive wood keeps its warmth and character for years, and the lever handles stay comfortable and sure in the hand through daily use. Like the twist-knob set, it makes a considered gift for an ECM owner who would never buy the upgrade for themselves.
