Good company good quality but…

I’d buy from Di Pacci coffee again. Great company. I have an ECM coffee machine. It’s the best. The tool holder does what it’s meant to but…
The picture in the advertising shows no method for attaching it to the wall ie it is a blind attachment. But when I received it there are two holes to screw it onto the wall. They could have been placed where they were hidden by the tools but they weren’t. The advertising could have shown the holes but didn’t. ECM could have designed a blind fitting (they are German engineers after all) but didn’t. So it does what it said it would but looks cheap because of the fitting method
