Ditting KR1403 Industrial Coffee Grinder

The Ditting KR1403 grinds about 2.2 kg of coffee a minute through 140 mm burrs, straight into retail bags, for roasters and shops that grind to order.

The Ditting KR1403 is a Swiss-made bag grinder with 140 mm flat burrs and a 1.7 kW three-phase motor, rated by Ditting at an average 2200 g per minute. Grind adjustment is stepless, a built-in fan keeps the grind cool, and the KR version has a manual bag clamp with a bag-shaking device that settles the grounds evenly in the bag.

The 1403 is popular with small to mid-size roasters because it grinds customer blends quickly at any setting, from Turkish to coarse, and two units can share the work of one larger grinder while giving you a backup during servicing.
