Ex-Demo La Marzocco Wally Milk Automatic Steamer with New 10 Amp Steam Box

A demo La Marzocco Wally Milk from our training room. This automatic milk steamer frees up a barista's hands during busy service, and it comes with a new steam box so it can run independently of your espresso machine.

Wally Milk automatically scans a filled pitcher and adjusts the steam quantity to the milk volume, with no measuring or special technique required. Multiple sensors track temperature and consistency so every pour comes out the same. Baristas simply place a filled pitcher on the tiltable tray and Wally takes it from there.

Wally Milk normally taps into an espresso machine's steam boiler as a third steam wand. The included steam box lets it run as a standalone unit without being connected to an existing machine.
