The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect machine as I had issues with space, power and my needs.
The communication was constant and so helpful. And in the future thinking of expanding I will definitely be calling these guys as being the customer you need to trust, which I do with these guys. Totally recommend them.

The lever Elektra I bought is very well made and very easy to use. Of course, the capacity is greater than the La Pavoni Leva, so one has to wait longer for it to be ready, Compensations are that the coffee is much hotter, and having the red button on the right is a big improvement. The pouring aperture is very practical. The most important thing, though, is to pour water to the top of the tube and no further. An excellent product. And it arrived safely too. Jeremy Nathan

I recently bought a Lelit Kate PL82T for home and I received absolutely outstanding service, these guys are accommodating , helpful and great communicators.
