Still on the fence with this grinder… I’ve put over 2kgs through it and I’m still having lots of issues getting a decent cup of coffee. Not sure if it’s just the grinder or a combination of the machine also

Di Pacci, Pleasure to deal with

I was one of those customers who unfortunately had some issues with one of the grinders (potentially operator error) and was dissatisfied. Di Pacci went above and beyond with their customer service to ensure I was satisfied and happy.

I would highly recommend buying your products through Di Pacci as the issue when buying online is the fear that once the company receives your money, you sometimes never hear from them again.

This is NOT the case with DiPacci. They are in the business of customer service and ensuring that their customers are happy. This also puts my mind at ease if there are any problems in the future as I know Di Pacci will look after me in the unlikely event their products have issues.

This is the reason why I prefer to buy through an Australian company, customer service, and the peace of mind of knowing that if I have any issues or repairs, I will be looked after. I will be buying all my coffee-related gear through Di Pacci.
