The Signature Pro 2 keeps the easy, user-friendly workflow of the original Signature Pro and adds meaningful upgrades — a bottomless portafilter with improved flow, a removable stainless steel spout, and better ergonomics — all with no electricity and no pump.

Four key improvements set the Pro 2 apart: a modified bottomless portafilter with enhanced flow dynamics, a removable stainless steel portafilter outlet for easy preheating and cleaning, a silicone grip for a more comfortable brew, and a silicone gauge cover for durability. It carries the best of the original Signature Pro too — an integrated pressure gauge, larger capacity, a copper-plated portafilter base and a two-piece stainless overflow tray — and comes with its own carry case.

Does the Signature Pro 2 need electricity?

No. It's a fully manual lever espresso maker with no pump or electronics, so you can brew anywhere — including off-grid.

What's different between the Signature Pro 2 and the original Signature Pro?

The Pro 2 adds four upgrades: a modified bottomless portafilter with better flow, a removable stainless steel spout, a silicone grip for comfort, and a silicone cover to protect the pressure gauge — while keeping the integrated gauge, larger capacity and two-piece overflow tray.

How is it different from the Flair 58?

The Signature Pro 2 uses Flair's Signature-series body and portafilter, while the Flair 58 family uses a full 58mm industry-standard portafilter with a preheat controller. How much pressure does it make?

As a manual lever machine you control the pressure by hand, and the Signature Pro 2 can deliver up to around 8–12 bar to produce a rich espresso, with the integrated gauge showing live feedback.

Is it good for travel?

Yes — it's light (3.18 kg), quick to assemble and disassemble, and includes a carry case, making it easy to store and take with you.

Do I need a grinder to go with it?

Yes — like any espresso maker, the Signature Pro 2 needs freshly ground coffee at an espresso grind. Pair it with a quality hand or electric grinder capable of fine, consistent espresso grinding.
