What you're getting

Thoroughly Tested

Each unit has undergone a rigorous 60-point safety check and has been fully serviced by our on-site technicians, ensuring that it is in perfect working condition.

What to check when buying pre-owned

Ask for current photos of the group heads, boiler gauges and drip tray, and ask what has been checked or replaced since the machine last ran commercially.

Confirm your premises has the right electrical supply and, if required, plumbed water and drain before delivery.

Plan the path this machine needs to travel into place, including doorways, steps and bench height. As an online-only business shipping from our Australian warehouse, we do not offer local installation, so arrange your own plumbing and electrical connection.

Ask us about parts and servicing availability in New Zealand so you know what ongoing maintenance will involve.

Confirm the plug and voltage configuration suits a standard New Zealand commercial supply before you order.

Planning your setup

Pair it with a commercial grinder dialled in for your beans, fresh roasted coffee and filtered water, and put a daily and weekly cleaning routine in place from the start. A basic water filter will also help protect the boiler over time.

Who it suits

• Cafes and espresso bars wanting a dependable 2 group machine
• Startup venues on a tighter equipment budget
• Buyers replacing an older 2 group unit
• Venues wanting a simple, widely serviceable layout

Getting the best out of it

A commercial grinder dialled in for your bean of choice, fresh roasted beans and filtered water will make the most of this machine. Keep the group heads and portafilters clean and dial in your grind whenever you change bean, since this routine matters more for cup quality than any single piece of equipment. See our commercial coffee grinders if you need one.

Ordering

This machine ships NZ-wide, with freight calculated at checkout. For questions before you order, including anything about servicing, parts or the electrical supply it needs, contact us, and see our finance options if you would rather spread the cost.
