Why it has earned its reputation

Thoroughly Tested

Each unit has undergone a rigorous 60-point safety check and has been fully serviced by our on-site technicians, ensuring that it is in perfect working condition.

What to check when buying pre-owned

Buying a pre-owned commercial machine is a different process to buying new, and a little diligence upfront saves hassle later.

• Ask us for current photos of the exact unit before it ships, rather than relying on stock imagery alone.
• Ask what work has been carried out on this specific machine, and when it was last serviced.
• Check your electrical supply matches what the machine needs before it arrives on site.
• Confirm your water connection and drain arrangement, or whether this model runs from a bucket feed instead of plumbed water.
• Plan how the machine will be moved into place; commercial units are heavy and awkward for one person to shift alone.

Planning your setup

A pre-owned machine performs best when the rest of your setup is dialled in around it.

• Pair it with a grinder suited to your volume – see our commercial coffee grinders collection for options.
• Use fresh beans from our coffee beans range rather than stock that has been sitting on a shelf for months.
• Filtered water protects the boiler and group head over time, and helps keep service calls to a minimum.
• Build a simple daily cleaning routine into your opening and closing checklist, covering backflushing, group heads and steam wands.

Who it suits

• Cafes and restaurants wanting a lightly used 3 group machine
• Buyers wanting CMA-factory engineering at a lower entry price
• Venues scaling up from a smaller machine
