Why proper filtration matters

Untreated water carries dissolved minerals that build up as scale inside a machine's boiler and internal lines over time, along with chlorine and particulates that can affect taste. A dedicated filtration system like this one addresses both, protecting the equipment and the drink quality at the same time.

If your incoming water pressure exceeds 860 kPa, fit a pressure limiting valve (PLV) ahead of the filter — running above the rated pressure range can affect the seal and shorten the cartridge's working life.
