Getting the best out of it

A dual boiler with PID only shows its strengths when the coffee going in is consistent. The Cube has no built-in grinder, so pair it with a capable grinder, such as those in our home coffee grinders range, and use freshly roasted coffee beans. Adjust grind first, then temperature.
