The Baratza Forté-BG is a dose-by-weight grinder with 54mm Ditting steel burrs and a touch screen offering both weight-based and time-based dosing. Weight-based dosing is a real step up in consistency over time-only grinders, as it measures the actual output rather than estimating from run time.

The 54mm Ditting steel burrs give a precise, reliable grind for manual and small-batch brewing, engineered to reduce particulates and improve cup flavour, with a narrow particle distribution and fewer fines.
