Why it has the reputation it does

Thoroughly Tested

Thoroughly Tested: Each unit has undergone a rigorous 60-point safety check and has been fully serviced by our on-site technicians, ensuring that it is in perfect working condition.

What to check when buying pre-owned

• Ask us for current photos of the exact unit before you order.
• Ask what work has been done to this specific machine; we will confirm by phone.
• Check your electrical supply matches the machine's requirements.
• If plumbed in, confirm you have a suitable water connection and drain nearby.
• Plan how you will move a heavy commercial machine into place once it arrives.

Planning your setup

• Pair it with a quality commercial coffee grinder dialled in for your beans.
• Use fresh coffee beans and filtered water for consistent results.
• Build a simple daily cleaning and backflushing routine from day one.

Who it suits

• New cafes wanting an as-new machine at a pre-owned price
• Sites limited to a 15 amp circuit
• Operators who want a high cup clearance for takeaway cups
