The Anfim Alba is a brand new commercial espresso grinder with 80mm flat burrs, a 3.5-inch touchscreen and a 2kg hopper. The listing describes it as built for high-volume espresso grinding.

Anfim lists the Alba with 80mm flat burrs made from special steel, stepless single-handed grind adjustment and three programmable recipes alongside a manual mode. Why consider the Anfim Alba

Large burrs, fast dosing and programmable recipes suit a venue that grinds all day and wants every shot to match the last.

80mm flat burrs

The listing gives 80mm flat burrs in special steel, with a burr grind life of 1,500kg at a median setting.

Touchscreen and recipes

A 3.5-inch touchscreen gives access to three programmable recipes and usage metrics. The listing says an owner password and manual mode can lock the dosage settings.

Fast, clean dosing

The listing gives about 1.3 seconds for a single espresso and says the spout is adjustable and easy to remove for clean, centred dosing.

Easy servicing

The listing says commonly serviced parts can be reached without taking the whole grinder apart, and that grind size is adjusted with one hand and no steps.

What to check before you buy a new grinder

A new grinder is a long-term purchase, so it pays to match it to how you brew before you order the Anfim Alba. Think about how many coffees you make each day, whether you grind for espresso, filter or both, and whether you want to dose by time, by weight or by hand. Ask us if you want to compare it with similar models.

Also check that the grinder suits your bench and your power point, and think about where you will put the hopper and the catch area. Confirm dimensions with us and measure the space before you commit.

Getting the best from your grinder

A grinder is only as good as the way you use it. With the Anfim Alba, keep the burrs and chute clean, use fresh beans, and adjust the grind a little at a time. Weigh your dose and your output so that you can see what each change does, and write down the setting that works for each coffee.

If you are matching it with a machine, our team can help you pair it with something suited to your volume. Call us and tell us how many coffees you make in a day.

Who it suits

  • Busy cafes and coffee bars with high daily volume
  • Venues that want locked, repeatable dose settings
  • Roasters and tasting rooms that dial in often
  • Buyers who want a new Anfim grinder in black or white
