Great service

It's a must have! Can't recommend this enough!

I couldn't be happier withe my new Expobar machine! It took forever to pull the pin and finally buy due to a number of reasons but I love it!
Expobar was recommended by a family member that is in the business to upgrade from my old faithful sunbeam machine which was nudging 10 years old. As I don't live in a capital city getting to a store to touch and feel and ask questions was near on impossible. So net buying was my only option which ended up confusing me even more (too many options). So when I spotted the machine on sale I snapped it up and added a Compak Grinder to complete my caffeine heaven!
To be honest you do need a little Barista knowledge, dialling in the grinder and pulling a premium shot with the lever over the simple button use of my previous machine took a bit to master but once you do it's pulling perfect shot after perfect shot.
My only negative is there's no low water warning? It just shuts off (safety switch) where it could have a water window or warning light, so I just make sure if I'm doing more than my morning Espresso I make sure the tank is filled.
Just a side note the guys at Di Pacci have been fantastic, ordering online was simple, my first time the tank was empty and machine just stopped the help line was fantastic and thirdly when I finally made it to the big smoke and called into the Melbourne store Fortunato was nothing but helpful! So thank you Di Pacci
